Partner code of conduct
This is what we expect from every Fennec360 partner, and what a student can expect when they hear our name from you. It is short on purpose. If a situation is not covered here, ask us before you act.
Who it applies to
Everyone who works with Fennec360 under a partnership: referral partners, licensed partners, franchise partners, institutions we run joint activities with, and anyone on their team who speaks to students on their behalf. Accepting the partnership means accepting this code.
Representing the brand
Use the logos, templates and wording we give you, as we give them to you. Do not redraw, recolour or stretch the logo, and do not build a Fennec360 account, page or website we have not agreed to. Say what you are: a partner of Fennec360. Do not present yourself as our staff, one of our offices, or our legal representative unless you are.
Honesty
No guarantees. You may not promise a visa, an admission, a test score, a scholarship or a job, because none of those are ours to grant. Describe what we do and what the official rules say, and point to the official source when the answer comes from an embassy, a university or a test provider. Do not write reviews under a student's name, invent testimonials, or present results that did not happen.
Disclosure
If you publish something as a partner, label it. A post, a video, a story or an article made under this partnership says so in plain words, in the language of the content, where a reader sees it without looking for it. Referral links are disclosed the same way. This applies to paid placements and to content you make on your own initiative.
Students' personal data
A student's details are theirs, not yours and not ours to pass around. Collect them only when the student has agreed to it and knows they are going to Fennec360. Send us only what the referral needs, keep what you hold confidential, never sell it or share it with anyone else, and delete it when the student asks or once the referral is done. This follows Algerian Law 18-07 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data. If a student asks what happened to their data, tell them, and tell us.
Money
Never collect anything from a student on Fennec360's behalf unless we have agreed to it in writing, and never charge a student for something we provide free. Payments from students go to Fennec360 through the channels we publish. If a student offers to pay you, stop and refer them to us.
Conflicts of interest
Tell us if you also work with, own part of, or are paid by another agency, school, test centre or service a student could be sent to. Working with others is allowed, hiding it is not. Never steer a student toward the option that suits you instead of the one that fits them.
Breaches and termination
If something goes wrong, tell us early. We would rather fix it with you than hear it from a student. Where a breach is serious or repeated, we may pause or end the partnership, withdraw the right to use our name and materials, and inform the students affected. A breach of the data or honesty rules is treated as serious.
Contact
Questions, doubts, or something to report: write to contact@fennec360.com. If it concerns a student's data or a claim someone made in our name, say so in the subject line so it reaches the right person quickly.
