How we handle your data.

Immigration and education files contain sensitive personal information. We take that seriously. This page explains, in plain language, what happens when you interact with fennec360.com and our client platform.

What this website collects

This site has three places where you can hand us something: the feedback box, the newsletter signup, and the partnership form. Feedback and newsletter signups go through Brevo, our email provider, and every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link you can use at any time. A partnership enquiry goes straight into our own client system at app.fennec360.com. Everything else here is a link that opens WhatsApp, your phone, or your mail app, so those conversations reach us through that channel rather than through this website. The site itself also collects standard analytics, page views, referrer and device type, to understand what content is useful.

What happens when you contact us

When you reach out by WhatsApp, phone, or email, the information you share is received and handled by our team. If we open a file for you, that information is stored securely in our client management system at app.fennec360.com, accessible only to team members handling your case.

What we store in the client platform

For active files, we store the documents and information necessary to prepare and submit your application, identity documents, academic records, immigration history, destination targets, and communications related to your case. We do not store information beyond what is required for your file.

Who we share information with

Your information is shared only with the specific institutions, authorities, and service providers required by your file (for example: a target university, a consulate, or a licensed immigration consultant collaborating on your case). We do not sell, rent, or share client information for marketing purposes.

How long we keep your information

We retain file information for the duration of your active engagement and for a reasonable period afterward, in line with Algerian, U.S., and destination-country requirements where applicable. Clients can request deletion of non-mandatory data at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, to correct inaccuracies, and to request deletion within the limits of our legal and regulatory obligations. Contact us to exercise any of these rights, we respond within one business day.

Who else is involved, and where they are

Vercel hosts this website. Brevo handles the feedback box and the newsletter. Google provides the analytics. Partnership enquiries and client files live in our own system at app.fennec360.com. Every one of these except our own system operates outside Algeria, which means your data crosses a border when it reaches them.
